Cyber Security Certifications Now

We know that there are  many jobs available  for those interested in working safely. And there is no shortage of safety certifications for those who want to demonstrate to employers that they have obtained the education they need to succeed. But in a rapidly evolving and evolving field, what certifications are on fire lately?

Part of the answer depends on the company you are hiring. According to Simone Petrella, CEO of CyberVista  Cybersecurity Operation Engineer training and education company, companies with emerging security programs can rely more on certifications than those with more mature programs. In these cases, CISSP and Security + are among the most popular general certifications. (More on this later.)

However, specialized industry sectors such as healthcare are growing, as are requests for cloud certifications, Petrella adds. As time goes on, "ordinary certificates are probably less useful than more specialized ones," she says.

Certified Internet Professional of Things (CIoTSP)

For whom:  For practitioners looking to demonstrate a vendor-neutral, intersectoral skill set that will enable them to design, implement, operate, and / or manage a secure IoT ecosystem.

Potential roles:  network administrator, software development engineer, solution architect, platform engineer, database developer, IAM administrator / engineer.

Secure Cyber Encoder (CSC)

"More organizations realize that agile and scrum iterative development approaches have prioritized market speed, with fewer development professionals well versed in approaches to developing code safely," according to CertNexus spokesman Jeff Felice.

Galaxy Note 10+, Samsung's new premium smartphone Review

It includes a large 6.8 "screen that goes from edge to edge and an improved S Pen with a button that allows, for example, to operate the camera remotely.

e reach the last quarter of the year, and local mobile releases do not diminish. With only two months apart from its international presentation, Samsung started the presale in Argentina the renewed Galaxy Note 10 family, which, in addition to the traditional version, also offers the Plus we tested in LA NACION .

A premium option

With this launch Samsung continues to bet on a premium market that goes a little beyond the high range. The Note 10 seeks to conquer an audience that wants a mobile with some extra features than those of the Galaxy S10.

From the box, the Note 10+ makes it clear that a superior product is treated. The version we tested had the backs of chromed color (called aura glow), so it threw different tones according to the light that it took at each moment, which generates a visual effect of the most attractive, although it is not necessarily suitable for all pleasures.

With a 6.8 "screen and a resolution of 3040 × 1440 pixels (498 points per inch), only the camera for selfies (which has a 10 megapixel sensor) located in the center of the upper edge stands out.

The screen is of the Dynamic Amoled type (acronym in English for the Active Matrix of Light Emitting Organic Diodes) with the HDR10 + and Dynamic Tone Mapping certification, technology that, according to Samsung, makes the photos and videos look brighter than in the previous Note devices.

In the back part three cameras stand out that took excellent photos in the tests. The first has a 16 megapixel (MP) sensor, another 12MP wide angle and the last with telephoto with a 12 MP sensor that can (if enabled) use the zoom-in mic function, which increases the volume of the Audio source when recording video.

The Note 10+ has no buttons on the right side. On the left are the keys to increase and decrease the volume and another to turn off the computer, which also serves to launch the Samsung assistant, Bixby. The lower part attracts attention due to the absence of the traditional 3.5 mm headphone jack; Instead, the device comes with headphones that connect directly to the phone's USB-C port.

Next to that port is the traditional digital pen that accompanies the Note from previous models, called S Pen, and which is one of the most important differences with the Galaxy S family. In this model, the S Pen includes some extra functions. The most important is the inclusion of a button in the center that allows, for example, to operate the camera remotely. In the tests, this option offered a high speed of response in the shots and, with that, the possibility that the photos are more spontaneous.

Comparisons

  • The Note 10+ arrives in Argentina with its younger brother, the Note 10. Both come with the same processor, an Exynos 9825 eight-core; 12 GB of RAM for the Plus version and 8 GB for the conventional version, and 512 and 256 GB of internal storage respectively.
  • It is important to note that there is a version of the Note 10 with 5G chip, but that model will not be launched in Argentina.
  • On the other hand, the Note 10+ we tested includes a 4300 mAh battery, while the regular version brings a 3500 mAh battery.
  • The colors available for the Note 10 are aura glow, black and pink; and for the Note 10+ they are aura glow, black and white.
  • The new smartphones can be obtained at a suggested price of $ 81,999 for the Galaxy Note 10 and $ 89,999 for the Galaxy Note 10+.
